He wins Golden Globes, he sculpts, and now, it appears, he designs clothes—or at least gives them his blessing for you to buy. Ageless being Brad Pitt is expanding his work as a professional handsome man and doubling down on his role as Brioni’s brand ambassador. Boldly going where no actor appears to have gone before, the Ad Astra star is lending his name to a signature tuxedo, among other limited edition pieces to be available in an exclusive line later this year. It’s all part of the Italian brand’s 75th anniversary “Tailoring Legends” campaign.

There’s nothing too exciting about an actor and a fashion house shacking up; this sort of thing happens all the time. But this one is worth your time for a number of reasons. It’s another hit on Pitt’s formidable awards season style streak, for one. For another, it may be the biggest fashion campaign of Pitt’s career to date—Page Six reports that it may be his first ever, which, well, shocking if true. It’s certainly the biggest since 2012, when he became the first male face of Chanel No.5 in history.

From what little we’ve seen, it looks like Brad’s line won’t upset the apple cart. We don’t expect him to hit the red carpet in corduroy, or something logo-fied, or anything Diplo would ever wear any time soon. Still, it’s hard to say how much the appeal of a Brad Pitt tux is down to Pitt, and how much to the tux. Will it take 15 years off your face, add 15 years to your career, or at the very least suspend you in time? If you wear it often enough, will you gradually transform into a more spiritually balanced renaissance man? To find out, you’ll have to be brave enough to believe that you, mere mortal, can wear what Brad Pitt wears. Be brave like Brad.
