There's not a whole lot to say here. Civil rights icon Rep. John Lewis took the House floor on Friday afternoon and delivered a fiery speech calling for the preservation of the Affordable Care Act, which Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, and Co. have spent the better part of the last six years attempting to repeal, even if it would leave 24 million Americans—many of whom make up President Trump's base—without health care.
"I will fight every day, every hour, and every second," he shouted from the podium. "I oppose this bill with every breath and every bone in my body. We must not give up."
John Lewis forever, man.
